What we collect

When you sign in, Google provides your account identifier, verified email address, name and profile image. We collect the project brief and links you submit, payment and order references from Stripe, basic security logs, and messages you send us.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, prepare and deliver your course platform, process and reconcile payments, communicate about the project, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers

LaunchStack currently uses Google for authentication, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and data services, and Resend for transactional email. Each provider processes relevant data under its own terms and privacy practices. Payment card details are entered into Stripe Checkout and are not stored by LaunchStack.

Project materials

Only share content you have the right to use. View-only links are preferred. Do not submit account passwords, payment card details, health records or other unnecessary sensitive information in a project brief.

Retention and security

We retain account, order and project records for as long as needed to provide the service and satisfy legitimate legal, security and accounting needs. We use encrypted transport, secure cookies, access controls and server-side payment verification, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing support@access.jirt.net. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
