Clear terms for a custom build.

1. The service

LaunchStack by Jirt provides scoped design, development, configuration, migration and launch services for online course platforms. The selected package is a starting scope. The final deliverables, schedule, dependencies and exclusions are confirmed after we review your project brief and before substantive production begins.

2. Deposits and payment

The amount collected at checkout is a build deposit in Australian dollars and is credited toward the displayed project price. The remaining balance is due before final production handover or public launch, unless a written proposal states otherwise. Third-party charges—including domains, payment processing, paid email or specialist licences—are separate and require your approval.

3. Reservation and cancellation

A paid deposit reserves production capacity. We first review the brief to confirm that the project is suitable and can be delivered within scope. If we decline the project before work begins, the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after discovery or production begins, we may retain an amount reasonably reflecting work performed and capacity reserved, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide timely, accurate content, feedback and authorised access to required third-party accounts. You confirm that you own or can lawfully use all text, media, branding, testimonials and other materials supplied. You remain responsible for course claims, educational accuracy, consumer disclosures and the legality of what you sell.

5. Timing and revisions

Published delivery windows are estimates from the point that scope, content and required access are complete. Delays in content, approvals or third-party services can move the schedule. Revisions are limited to the package description or written scope. New features or material scope changes require a separate quote.

6. Handover and third parties

Handover rights apply to the custom deliverables identified in the agreed scope after full payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable components and third-party software remain under their existing ownership and licences. Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend and other providers remain governed by their own terms and availability.

7. Support and warranties

We will correct reproducible defects in the agreed deliverables reported during the included support period. This does not cover new requirements, customer edits, third-party outages or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
