Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Trials and subscriptions
Cancel future renewal through the authenticated Stripe Customer Portal on the Access page. Starter and Builder are $0 through the first month after launch, then $9/month or $39/month respectively. Cancellation and refund are different actions. Please cancel before Stripe’s displayed trial end to prevent renewal.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime is a $49 one-time digital-course payment. To request help, email support@access.jirt.net with the purchase email, plan and approximate date—never send card details or access codes. A refunded, disputed or reversed payment no longer carries a Lifetime entitlement.
Australian consumer rights
Requests are assessed against the purchase circumstances and applicable Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here excludes non-excludable statutory guarantees or remedies.
