Requesting help
Use the support contact shown on the Stripe purchase record and include the purchase date and plan. Do not send card details, access codes or session tokens.
Subscriptions
Cancel future renewal through the authenticated Stripe Customer Portal on the Access page. Cancellation and refund are different actions. Eligible access normally continues through the recorded paid-through period unless Stripe reports a refund, dispute or reversal.
Lifetime purchases
A refunded, disputed or reversed Lifetime payment is no longer an eligible Lifetime entitlement. D1 is reconciled from signed Stripe webhook events.
Consumer rights
Requests are assessed against the purchase circumstances and applicable consumer law. This page does not limit non-excludable statutory rights or promise a result that has not been approved by the operator.
