Restore access or cancel a trial
Use the purchase email to restore access on any device. Logged-in Starter and Builder members can open Stripe’s Customer Portal to cancel before the trial end, update a payment method or review subscription status.
What to include
- Whether the issue is waitlist, Starter, Builder or Lifetime.
- The signup or purchase email and approximate date.
- The page URL and exact error text.
- For build help: the command, exit code, relevant error output and tool versions.
Keep secrets out of email
Never send card details, access codes, API keys, cookies or session tokens. Stripe handles payment credentials separately.
